Class Schedule
The initiative of the Leveraging of ICT for growth, Employment and Governance project (LICT) is part of the government’s plan to create 30,000 direct and 1, 20,000 indirect jobs in the IT and ITES companies under LICT Project in which the World Bank is providing assistance to LICT of Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) under the ICT Division of Posts, Telecommunication and IT Ministry.
Initially the program will be launched for building 840 educated youths as FTFL and befitting to the skills demand of IT and ITES companies by December this year.
LICT project authorities have already asked the Bangladesh Association of Software Information and Services (BASIS), a platform of the country’s IT and ITES companies, to send the list of manpower required for IT and ITES companies.
Educational Qualification for FTFLs Training:

SELECTION PROCESS AT A GLANCE
How to apply?
The LICT Project will receive applications through online. Eligible candidates may visit the Project website: LICT Homepage and then go to the FTFL/Registration link to register with a valid email address. Confirming the email address, the applicant should provide all the required information. The Link is: www.lict.gov.bd/ftfl
Registration:
Please make sure, you have the following information:
- Personal Information
- SSC and HSC Roll Number
- National ID Number / Birth Registration Number/ Passport Number
- Photograph (Size: 200 px x 200 px, Max: 500 kb)
Short-Listing, Screening Test & Viva Voce:
The short-listing will be according to weighted marks/ grades in all the academic examination(s) taken together. The short-listed FTFLs applicants will be notified to sit for an online screening test which will be held in BCC HQ, Dhaka as well as at all the BCC Centers across the country. After being qualified in the screening test the applicants will be called for an interview.
Screening Process:
There will be three different tracks of online screening test: (Math, IQ, Analytical Abilities related questions for all categories)
- IT services: Programming, Networking, etc.
- IT enabled services: Graphic Design Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Hardware maintenance etc.
- Management Trainees: Accounts, HR, Sales, Marketing, etc.
- ITSS: Computer maintenance, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Networking etc.
